Debbie Reynolds Hughes, MSN, APRN, BC, NP-C, is a dually certified nurse practitioner who offers patients a holistic approach to health care. The dual certification is in family medical and psychiatric mental health. Debbie’s focus as a nurse practitioner is health promotion and disease prevention.
Debbie provides family medical services and psychiatric mental health for all ages, including diagnostic evaluation, laboratory testing, prescribing pharmacological agents and non-pharmacological therapies, counseling and wellness coaching for the treatment of the diagnosed condition. Debbie’s expertise in medical and mental health provides holistic care and thorough evaluation and treatment of symptoms.
Debbie worked for 20 years in west central Nebraska as a Registered Nurse in variety medical settings including hospital medical/surgical units, home and community health, public schools and long term care. In 2002, Debbie moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, where she established her practice after earning a Masters of Science degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In 2006, she founded Holistic Harmony Inc., a corporation that is committed to providing holistic Comprehensive Care & Wellness.
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners credentials Debbie as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of Nebraska Nurses Association, Nebraska Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses Association.
