MEDICAL SERVICES
• Comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as infections, injuries, hypertension and diabetes
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment therapies
• Provide counseling and medical management for nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, obesity and tobacco use disorder
The group provides health care to individuals, families, and/or groups in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, homes, institutions, industry, schools, community agencies, clinics, and private practice. Our practice emphasizes prevention, health promotion and maintenance, with referral as appropriate.
